When you make a purchase from Knight Furniture Company we believe that you are placing your trust in us to handle your furniture and your transaction responsibly. For this reason, Knight Furniture Company does not sell or give our mailing list to any outside party.

As a Knight Furniture customer, you already know that we collect a minimal amount of information for the purpose of processing your purchase. We receive this information from you on applications or forms, either verbally, written, or electronically. We may also rely on public sources (like telephone directories) and, in certain financial transactions we may also receive information from consumer reporting agencies.

We restrict the access to collected information to only those employees who are necessary in serving your needs. At all times Knight Furniture Company maintains strict compliance with state and federal laws. We do NOT disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law, such as court orders, reporting to credit agencies, or to service providers like mail processors or collectors.

CUSTOMER PICKUP
In-stock merchandise is typically available for immediate customer pickup between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed noon to 1:00 pm) Monday through Saturday. Please examine your purchase carefully before it is loaded in your vehicle, as we cannot be responsible for damage after you leave our dock. Our staff will gladly assist with loading your purchase however you retain total responsibility for securing the furniture in a fashion that will not endanger your safety or that of others.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE  
Knight Furniture has the lowest price on brand-name home furnishings. In the unlikely event a competitor with a storefront in our normal trade area were to offer a lower price on an item we stock, Knight Furniture will meet or beat their price. Our promise to meet or beat any local competitors price will be based on the overall conditions of the sale (product is identical and in factory new condition, and inclusive of all fees, finance and delivery charges), and must be verifiable.
 
You Can’t Make a Mistake At Knight Furniture.
 We are so confident that we have the lowest price on the quality furnishings from famous manufacturers we carry that we even guarantee the lowest price after the sale. If, within 30 days after you have made a purchase from us, you find the same items cheaper at a local store and under the same conditions, we will refund 200% of the difference. Comparison will be on net sale including all fees and charges, and price and included services must be verifiable. Price guarantee excludes comparison with clearance, mismatched, damaged or used items.
  
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Knight Furniture takes the risk out of buying new furniture.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know.  You may return any stock item* within 14 days for full credit.  No hassles.  We're not happy with your new purchase until you are.

In addition, Knights will warranty your purchase* for one full year against manufacturing defects.  We will honor any remaining manufacturer warranty beyond one year.  During the warranty period Knights may either repair or replace the defective item at our sole descretion.  If your item is out of warranty, we can still provide expert fee-based repair on most items.

*  Naturally outlet store merchandise and other items that are marked "as is" or "floor sample" are not covered by this return/repair/warranty policy.  These items cannot be repaired and are not warranteed.  Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, commercial usage, fabric fading due to sunlight, or improper cleaning.  A restock fee will be charged on returned special order merchandise.

Inevitably conditions will evolve making policy changes necessary. Knight Furniture reserves the right to make changes to these policies without notice.
